※ Students learning Korean for the first time do not need to take a level test

02. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled under the Laws on Establishment and Management of Private Educational Institute, Third clause of Article 18.

Course		Tuition Refund 100%
After
Course		Cancel before taking 1/3 of the class → 2/3 refund
Cancel before taking 1/2 of the class → 1/2 refund
Cancel after taking 1/2 of the class → no refund

※ In case of account transfers and non-bankbook deposits, please visit the Education Counsel Department of our institute.
※ You need your written register when requesting a refund. If you paid with a credit card, you wil also need the card and the receipt.
